Our Story
Swan Procurement was launched in 2022 by Michael Burt a former Chief Procurement Officer and is an independently owned specialist procurement consultancy.
​
He observed that due to global events, procurement departments were facing increased demands to optimise supplier costs and reduce risk. These challenges required specific procurement knowledge and expertise to solve beyond the capacity and capability of existing teams.

Rather than incurring the expense and additional time of trying to find and hire additional staff to solve these short term procurement challenges, he set about developing a range of procurement services that could be quickly deployed to accelerate value creation in less time and for a lower cost.

Today we are an ever expanding team of procurement experts working with FTSE listed and PE backed clients to successfully unlock value from their procurement.
